What AI has genuinely taken is the boring middle. The first draft nobody enjoyed writing. The resize. The transcript. The forty minutes of faff between having an idea and having something to look at.
What it hasn’t taken is knowing which problem is worth solving in the first place, or being the person who picks up the phone when it goes wrong at four o’clock on a Friday.
We use it every day here. It still can’t tell you what your business should say about itself.
