What is a customer relationship management (CRM)?

A customer relationship management system is a piece of software which records information about a business’ customers, staff and suppliers. You may already have a customer database within your business which is a record of all the customers you deal with. A CRM makes collecting and managing this data easy and can offer other functions which makes interacting with your customers quick and efficient.
